This facility had been closed for several years before Sonic Equipment Company and B&B Theatres were engaged by the mall owner to breathe new life into the facility and, subsequently, the mall itself. The dated 1980 facade was replaced with a new Art Deco style, auditoriums were retrofitted with stadium seating, and updated sound. This was also one of the first theaters in Oklahoma City to have brand new, state-of-the-art digital projection installed.

Sonic provided consulting on feasibility, design, equipment, and construction over site.
